Tactical Soccer is a free online football manager game. You build and manage your own club — squad, tactics and kit — and compete in leagues against other managers, all from your browser.

Yes. Creating your account, building your club and playing is free. There is an optional VIP membership for players who want more — but you never have to pay to play.

Yes. The whole game is available in Swedish, English, Arabic, Bosnian, Czech, Danish, German, Greek, Spanish, Finnish, French, Hindi, Croatian, Hungarian, Icelandic, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian Bokmål, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovenian, Serbian, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Chinese. Pick your language in the menu, and the game remembers your choice once you have logged in.

No. Tactical Soccer runs entirely in your web browser on desktop, tablet and mobile — there is nothing to install.

Yes. Create a private league and invite your friends, or join a public league and take on managers from around the world.

Yes. Set up public or private leagues, fill them with AI-controlled teams, friends or other managers, and run full seasons with fixtures, tables, promotions and titles on the line.

The official leagues are 16 large leagues run by Tactical Soccer. Every league has 1,016 clubs in 127 divisions across 7 tiers, with promotion and relegation, its own cup and its own trophy. You take over a vacant club and play your way up, and the seasons run automatically all year round.

Yes. Every season 32 clubs from the official leagues play the Champions League: the league champion and the cup winner from each of the 16 leagues. There are two more competitions, the Europa League and the Conference League, with 16 clubs each.

Through last season's finish. The league runner-up usually goes to the Europa League and the third-placed club to the Conference League. A club plays in only one European competition a season, so if it has already qualified for the Champions League, its place passes to the next club in line. Every official league sends one club to each competition.

Yes. Create a league made up entirely of AI-controlled teams and play a single-player manager campaign against the computer, or mix AI teams with real managers.

You set your formation and tactics before kick-off, then each match is simulated minute by minute so you can follow the action and see how your plan plays out.

Yes. Every played match has a Watch button that opens Tactical TV: the match plays back over a few minutes with both teams in their kits on the pitch, a running clock, commentary and a stadium crowd, and the final score is only revealed at the final whistle. You can pause, speed it up or skip straight to full time.

Both. Let a season play out automatically, with matches simulated at set time slots, or run matches manually and play at your own pace.

VIP is an optional paid membership. It lets you create more leagues — up to six at once instead of three — and gives you a VIP badge. It is completely optional: Tactical Soccer is free to play without it. If a membership ends while you are running more than three leagues, you choose which three to keep; the rest are offered to the other players in them, and a league nobody else plays in is deleted along with the clubs in it.

Tactical Soccer puts your own leagues at the centre: create and run competitions your way, with deep match-day tactics and season-long progression for your club. And in the official leagues your club can go all the way from the bottom division to a European final.
